• Serve as the primary liaison between the Spain and China engineering teams, ensuring seamless cross-cultural and cross-timezone collaboration.
• Travel regularly across Europe to customer manufacturing facilities to lead kick-offs, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and oversee commissioning activities.
• Manage logistics for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of automation equipment, coordinating with suppliers, freight partners, and customs authorities.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep expedited timelines on track.
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record (3+ years) in project management within industrial automation, special-purpose

• Solid technical background in automation (PLCs, robotics, vision systems, conveyor systems,
• or similar) enabling effective communication with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven

• Willingness and availability to travel regularly throughout Europe - up to 40-50% of working time.
• Experience working with cross-border teams, particularly with Asian manufacturing partners, is highly

• Strong command of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• Fluency or native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
