Project Manager - Crevillente Area

As a Project Manager, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

• Management and preparation of projects, dealing directly with the client, both nationally and internationally.
• Technical office.
• Review of all documentation related to the installation.
• Direct reporting to the department manager.

2. INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT:

• Planning and control of the execution of the company's installation projects, dealing directly with the installation team and the client, nationally and internationally, ensuring the execution thereof in terms of quality and the established deadline.
• Management and processing of incidents during the installation.
• Processing of after-sales service.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects in the real estate sector in Crevillent, managing teams and ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives. This is a key position within the Engineering and Manufacturing department.

• Company focused on the design and manufacturing of metal structures.
• At least two years of experience in similar positions.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• A responsible, dynamic, proactive, and decisive person, with the ability to work in a team and committed to the project. Ability to work within established deadlines. Mastery of English, both written and spoken, is essential, as much of the dealings with clients are conducted exclusively in this language.
• University degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Previous experience in the construction sector, in engineering firms, or in project management, both nationally and internationally, will be valued.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit will also be valued.

Como Project Manager, deberás llevar a cabo las siguientes responsabilidades:

1. GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS:

• Gestión y preparación de los proyectos, tratando directamente con el cliente, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
• Oficina técnica.
• Revisión de toda la documentación relacionada con la instalación.
• Reporte directo a responsable del departamento.

2. GESTIÓN DE INSTALACIONES:

• Planificación y control de la ejecución de los proyectos de instalación de la empresa, tratando directamente con el equipo de instalación y cliente, a nivel nacional e internacional, garantizando la ejecución del mismo en cuanto a la calidad y plazo establecido.
• Gestión y tramitación de incidencias durante la instalación.
• Tramitación de servicio postventa.

• Trabajo estable y presencial en una empresa internacional en crecimiento en la sede de Crevillente (Alicante).
• Contrato indefinido y a jornada completa.

Buscamos un/a Project Manager para liderar proyectos en el sector inmobiliario en Crevillent, gestionando equipos y asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos. Es una posición clave dentro del departamento de Ingeniería y Fabricación.

• Empresa enfocada en diseño y fabricación de estructuras metálicas.
• Al menos dos años de experiencia en posiciones similares.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Una persona responsable, dinámica, proactiva y resolutiva, con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comprometida con el proyecto. Capacidad para trabajar con plazos establecidos. Imprescindible que domine el uso del inglés tanto de forma verbal como escrita, pues el trato con muchos de los clientes es en este idioma exclusivamente.
• Formación universitaria en ingeniería o Arquitectura.
• Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector de construcción, en ingenierías o gestión de proyectos tanto nacional como internacional.
• Será también valorable el manejo de AutoCAD, Inventor y Revit.
