The role

We need to hire an Audit Manager to provide support to the Administration Director.

What you'll do

Ensure the correct application of the company's economic-financial control and supervision procedures, identifying risks, proposing operational improvements, and guaranteeing compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Financial Analysis and Supervision

  • Review the main financial statements and management reports.
  • Analyze budget deviations and risks associated with projects.
  • Supervise the correct allocation of costs in works, projects, and UTEs (temporary joint ventures).
  • Participate in the monitoring of treasury, guarantees, bonds, and financial commitments.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting regulations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits and the collection of required information.
  • Supervise the correct application of document control procedures and information traceability.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for optimizing administrative and financial processes.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives for controls.
  • Collaborate with different business areas to strengthen the culture of control and risk management.

  • Experience interacting with the Financial Directorate and external auditors.

Technical skills

  • Solid knowledge of financial and analytical accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Spanish accounting regulations and IFRS.
  • Experience working with corporate ERPs.
  • High level of English.
