What you'll do

Maintenance management

  • Coordinate and supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of stamping presses and welding lines (MIG/MAG).
  • Ensure proper execution of the maintenance plan through the CMMS.
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs (MTTR, availability, OEE).



Technical management

  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical breakdowns, providing support to the technical team.
  • Coordinate interventions in automated environments: robots, PLCs, drives, sensors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and quality standards (IATF 16949).



Resource management

  • Lead, organize, and develop the maintenance team (shifts, on-call duties, workloads).
  • Manage critical spare parts and consumables stock.
  • Control maintenance costs and participate in preparing the annual budget.
