People Manager

As People Manager, you will manage human resources activities in an industrial and distribution sector company. Your work will help organize people processes and provide continuity to the company's needs.

Reporting directly to General Management, the selected person will have the opportunity to evolve the People function, driving initiatives that strengthen corporate culture, leadership, talent development, and organizational excellence.

• Design and implement the People strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cultural transformation and change management processes.
• Drive talent attraction, development, and retention programs.
• Develop career, succession, and performance evaluation plans.
• Promote leadership models that favor growth and commitment.
• Promote the digitalization of the area and data-driven decision-making.
• Guarantee solid labor relations and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in Human Resources responsibility positions, strategic vision, capacity for influence, and a clear orientation toward results. Experience in industrial/distribution environments in SMEs/Multinationals, people development, and organizational transformation processes will be especially valued.
