Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Telecommunications, Computer, Electronic, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar.
At least 6 years of experience in R&D and technological development environments.
Experience in Communications and/or Cybersecurity.
Experience developing technology, performing prototyping, or working on demonstrators.
High level of English.

Nice to have

Experience in technical leadership or team management is desirable.
Experience in R&D projects, funding proposals, or European projects is highly desirable.
Experience in sectors such as aeronautics, defense, telecommunications, embedded systems, or advanced technologies will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a Communications and Cybersecurity Manager to join a leading technological center in Andalusia, specialized in applied R&D and the development of advanced technologies for the aerospace sector and other industrial environments.

What you'll do

Define the technological strategy of the new unit.
Identify new development lines and opportunities in communications and cybersecurity.
Lead R&D and technological development projects.
Participate in the development of concepts, prototypes, and demonstrators.
Provide technical support in the preparation of proposals for national and European projects.
Participate in consortia and collaborate with companies, technological centers, and research organizations.
Drive technology transfer towards real-world applications.
Technically lead the growth and development of the unit and its team.

Schedule: 7:00 to 15:00 all year round.
