The role

Ensuring the availability, quality, and proper delivery of point of sale materials to the client. Coordinating with suppliers (for assembly and components) and internal departments (commercial team, customer service, and marketing) to ensure every customer order is fulfilled on time, in the correct manner, and with the expected quality level.

What you'll do

Main Responsibilities

Coordination with component suppliers, sales, and customer service: managing component orders, controlling stock levels and coverage, and introducing new components.
Planning and supervising the material filling activity (furniture) from customer order to delivery.
Monitoring the quality of materials and the preparation of orders.
Adjusting and designing, together with Marketing, special point of sale materials.
Seeking end-to-end cost efficiencies across the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery.

Organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
Coordination and communication skills with suppliers and internal teams (sales, customer service, and marketing).
Quality and detail orientation in order preparation.
Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks
High degree of autonomy
OTIF (On Time In Full): percentage of orders delivered on time and complete.
Inventory level: optimizing the stock of components and point of sale materials.
Lead time: average time from customer order to receipt.

Education and Requirements

Higher Level Training Cycle (CFGS) in Sales and Commercial Space Management, Logistics and Transport, or Administration and Finance; Commerce and Marketing.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience with the Office environment
Knowledge of SAP and CAD is valued
