The role

We are looking for a senior business development professional to drive the growth of a strategic services division within the HVAC sector at the EMEA level. The role will combine strategic vision, commercial development, and international collaboration to accelerate the adoption of value-added solutions and generate new business opportunities.

What you'll do

Solid experience in business development, services sales, or commercial management in industrial B2B environments.
Essential: international experience working with multiple markets and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance services, asset lifecycle management, or value-added technical services.
Experience interacting with both internal teams and key strategic clients.
Fluent English to operate in an international environment.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
Proven track record in Business Development, Commercial Management, or Services Sales in industrial B2B environments.
Valuable: experience in HVAC, technical services, industrial maintenance, energy, engineering, or related sectors.
International career working with different markets and matrix structures.
Demonstrated ability to lead growth initiatives and generate business impact.
Strategic profile with results orientation and execution capability.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust-based relationships.
High autonomy, proactivity, and influencing skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High level of English is essential.
Willingness to travel regularly internationally.
