Accounting Technician - Murcia Area

We are looking for an Accounting Technician profile to join the accounting and finance department of an industrial company. The selected person, reporting to the Financial Management, will be responsible for carrying out accounting and administrative tasks that are key to the operation of the department.

The selected profile will be responsible for:

• Managing general accounting and preparing accounting entries.
• Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring financial transactions.
• Preparing and filing taxes in accordance with current regulations.
• Preparing financial reports for the department management.
• Managing and controlling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Collaborating in the preparation of the monthly and annual accounting close.
• Organizing and keeping accounting and administrative documentation up to date.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of office software, especially Excel.
• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in auditing is valued.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Skills for working in an organized manner and paying attention to detail.

Buscamos un perfil Técnico Contable para formar parte del departamento de contabilidad y finanzas en una empresa del sector industrial. La persona seleccionada, reportando a Dirección Financiera, se encargará de realizar tareas contables y administrativas clave para el funcionamiento del área.

El perfil seleccionado se encargará de:

• Gestionar la contabilidad general y la elaboración de asientos contables.
• Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y supervisar movimientos financieros.
• Preparar y presentar impuestos siguiendo la normativa vigente.
• Elaborar informes financieros para la dirección del departamento.
• Controlar y gestionar las cuentas por cobrar y por pagar.
• Colaborar en la elaboración del cierre contable mensual y anual.
• Organizar y mantener actualizada la documentación contable y administrativa.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación en Contabilidad, Administración y Finanzas o similar.
• Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel.
• Experiencia previa de 2 años en un rol similar.
• Se valora experiencia en auditoría.
• Manejo trabajando con ERP.
• Habilidades para trabajar de forma organizada y prestar atención al detalle.
