HSE Technician Plant (Benicarló)

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current HSE regulations, promoting preventive, training and continuous improvement actions aimed at reducing accident rates and ensuring safe working conditions for the entire workforce.

As an HSE Technician, you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and the preventive measures established in each workplace.
• Promote ongoing training and information on HSE matters for the entire workforce, including preventive onboarding for new hires.
• Carry out periodic inspections at the plant to verify working conditions and compliance with safety procedures.
• Supervise the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions and preventive improvements.
• Coordinate workers' health surveillance.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, follow up on them and promote measures to prevent recurrence.
• Manage and keep all HSE-related documentation up to date, in collaboration with the External Prevention Service.
• Coordinate audits, hygiene measurements and other preventive actions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Mutual Insurance Company and the External Prevention Service.
• Ensure adaptation of current legal regulations to the needs and characteristics of the organisation.

• Previous experience as an HSE Technician.
• Essential: University Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.

• Valuable: additional training in occupational health and safety management systems and first aid.

• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de PRL, impulsando acciones preventivas, formativas y de mejora continua orientadas a reducir la siniestralidad y asegurar unas condiciones de trabajo seguras para toda la plantilla.

Como Técnico/a de PRL deberás llevar a cabo las siguientes responsabilidades:

• Velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y de las medidas preventivas establecidas en cada puesto de trabajo.
• Impulsar la formación e información continua en materia de PRL para toda la plantilla, incluyendo la acogida preventiva de nuevas incorporaciones.
• Realizar inspecciones periódicas en planta para verificar las condiciones de trabajo y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad.
• Supervisar el correcto uso de los Equipos de Protección Individual (EPI).
• Identificar riesgos y proponer acciones correctivas y mejoras preventivas.
• Coordinar la vigilancia de la salud de las personas trabajadoras.
• Investigar accidentes e incidentes laborales, realizar su seguimiento y promover medidas para evitar su repetición.
• Gestionar y mantener actualizada toda la documentación relacionada con PRL, en colaboración con el SPA.
• Coordinar auditorías, mediciones higiénicas y otras actuaciones preventivas.
• Mantener una comunicación continua con la Mutua y el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno.
• Asegurar la adaptación de la normativa legal vigente a las necesidades y características de la organización.

• Experiencia previa como Técnico/a de PRL.
• Imprescindible Máster Universitario en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

• Valorable formación complementaria en sistemas de gestión de seguridad, salud laboral y primeros auxilios.

• Master en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en posiciones similares dentro de entornos industriales, productivos o plantas de fabricación.
• Experiencia en investigación de accidentes, gestión documental y coordinación preventiva.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Rigor y compromiso con la seguridad.
