A company specializing in passive fire protection solutions for industrial and construction environments is looking to hire a Technical Office Technician to join its Technical Department in Santa Coloma de Queralt.

What you'll do

Prepare technical and economic studies for projects and tenders.
Prepare budgets and develop technical offers adapted to the needs of each project.
Analyze plans, measurements, and technical documentation.
Collect and verify new technical solutions, tests, and applicable regulatory documentation.
Manage and organize the technical documentation associated with works and projects.
Prepare the documentation necessary for certifications and technical project closures.
Coordinate documentation and information with the various departments involved.
Provide support in administrative tasks linked to the Technical Department.
Collaborate in the improvement and optimization of internal processes related to document and technical management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Higher Vocational Training Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction, Projects, or similar.
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar position within a Technical Office or Studies Department.
Knowledge in interpreting plans, measurements, and preparing budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Presto, AutoCAD, or similar tools is valued.
Experience in environments related to construction, installations, or fire protection is valued.
Organized, methodical, and results-oriented person.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
Interest in continuing professional development within a technical environment.
