The role

We are looking for a Car Insurance Claims Processor to manage and process files related to automobile insurance. The position is located in Madrid and belongs to the insurance sector.

It is essential to hold a disability certificate.

What you'll do

The candidate must have performed the following duties:

Comprehensive processing of automobile insurance files.
Analysis and review of documentation related to claims and policies.
Management and follow-up of files until resolution.
Communication and coordination with clients, workshops, adjusters, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Verification of compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
Preparation and updating of follow-up reports using Excel.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in automobile insurance processing.
Holding a disability certificate.
University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced user level.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
