Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in claims processing within insurance companies.
Demonstrable experience in automobile claims and bodily injury management.

Nice to have

Insurance Law.
Bodily Injury Assessment.
Civil Liability.
Experience in high-volume brokerages or specialized TPAs will be valued.
Team coordination or training.
Participation in monitoring committees for serious claims.

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Senior Auto Claims Handler to join a major company in the insurance sector, to manage complex files, especially those related to bodily injury, guaranteeing proper attention to the insured and efficient technical management.

What you'll do

Comprehensive processing of automobile claims, with a special focus on personal injury.
Analysis and assessment of files in accordance with the Traffic Scale (Baremo de Tráfico).
Management and follow-up of claims for injuries and civil liability derived from traffic accidents.
Application and management of sector agreements.
Coordination with medical networks, loss adjusters, legal professionals, and external providers.
Monitoring of management and quality indicators.
Participation in process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
Support in team coordination or training, when necessary.
