Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 1-2 years in customer service, administrative management, or as an operator (preferably in high-activity environments).

Fluent use of office tools (especially Excel) and agility in learning new management software.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation.

Valued requirements.

Knowledge in the Motor Insurance sector: Familiarity with concepts such as claims, policies, coverages, or surveying processes (both in-person and video-surveying).

The role

Are you looking to take the next step in your career within the insurance sector? We are expanding our technical department with a Motor Claims Handler. Your main mission will be to lead the comprehensive processing of files, coordinate surveys and repairs, and guarantee the highest quality of service to our client portfolio.

What you'll do

The main mission will be to provide telephone support to policyholders of one of the leading companies in the sector, ensuring the highest standards of quality and response times, and providing real-time updates on the status of the claim.

Answering calls from policyholders in the Auto Line.
Daily use of internal platforms and data management tools to ensure the correct flow of information.

How you'll work

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h.
