We are opening a new position for an SAP BTP Consultant (Madrid or Málaga) at Capgemini

· Develop, maintain, and optimize applications and services in the SAP BTP.

· Create technical designs for the applications based on the functional requirements.

· Collaborate with other developers, functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, and understanding of DevOps principles, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.

· Establish quality standards in our engineering community, providing and discussing innovative solution approaches and suggestions for improvement in the developments from an E2E perspective.

• Fluent in English (B2; C1)

Work mode: 100% remote

EXPERIENCE

• +5 years as a BTP Developer

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP): Deep understanding of BTP architecture, capabilities, services, and ecosystem.
• Experience building, deploying, managing large-scale Full Stack BTP applications. Experience in Performance optimization and scalability improvements
• Cloud Foundry: Extensive experience with CF runtime, application deployment, scaling, and management.
• SAP HANA Cloud: Proficiency in HANA Cloud administration, database modeling, and performance optimization
• BTP Administration: Expert knowledge in user management, role assignments, subaccount management, and security configurations.
• BTP Services & Integration: XSUAA, Destination Service, Work Zone configurations, Connectivity Service, Logging & Monitoring Service.
• Development Frameworks: Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP), Node.js, CDS, JavaScript, SAP UI5/Fiori, Fiori Elements, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency with version control management (Git), CI/CD and follow code/CD standards,
• APIs and Protocols: Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OData Services (V2, V4), and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
