Scheduling, supervision, and monitoring of the comprehensive service at several airports that are part of the project.
Design and implement technical and economic optimization plans for the contracts, ensuring operational efficiency.
Economic monitoring and control of the contract.
Management and planning of preventive maintenance in accordance with current regulations at each facility.
Ensure proper coordination between technical teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Globally monitor performance, quality, and cost indicators of the contracts.
Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives (CMMS tools, internal processes, etc.).
Preparation, negotiation, and follow-up with the client regarding monthly certifications.
Preparation of budgets and economic proposals.

Permanent contract with full-time hours, Monday to Friday, and flexible schedule.

University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar (for foreign degrees - not from Spain or the European Union - official recognition or equivalence issued by the competent body in Spain is required).
Availability to travel between several work centers.
Experience in similar projects: maintenance management of facilities (electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, gas...) – Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience.
Knowledge of management in CMMS environments, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Strong interpersonal skills for team management, client communication, and excellent management capabilities.
Valid driver's license (type B).
HIGHLY VALUED: previous experience in airport environments with AENA.
