What we're looking for
A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Active registration/membership with relevant professional licensing bodies (if applicable in country of practice)
Minimum 3 years of counseling or psychotherapy experience, preferably including online therapy
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Nice to have
Experience in working with EAP clients is preferred but not required

The role
MindFi is hiring licensed remote counselors and psychotherapists to provide online therapy and mental health support to clients across the Asia-Pacific and European regions. This is a freelance, fully remote role that lets you deliver care on your own schedule while being part of a mission-driven platform.
What you'll do
Provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions
Facilitate support groups and wellness Masterclasses
Use MindFi's secure digital platform to connect with diverse clients
Work with a flexible caseload based on your availability
