TAHONA Store Manager

We are looking to bring on entrepreneurial individuals willing to manage their own franchise without the need for investment, Tahona coffee shop-bakery.

The MISSION of the position is to provide proper customer service, achieve financial targets, and manage the team under your responsibility, ensuring the store operates optimally.

Main functions

• Implement internal work systems that ensure the store runs optimally and manage it with full commitment to the business.
• Build customer loyalty through attentive service that creates satisfying experiences.
• Establish mechanisms to control the business's income and expenses and ensure they are met; checking delivery notes and invoices, processing returns, daily cash control, etc.
• Ensure the proper preparation, finishing, and handling of the full range of pastry, bakery, and confectionery products.
• Select the members of your team, train them, and set customer service, image, and detail standards for them.

We are looking for someone with experience and a calling for customer service, determined to bring their personal work to the business and to apply company policies. You must have:

• The ability to work as a self-employed individual.
• Schedule availability and commitment to work on-site at the business.  
• Residence in Gipuzkoa. 
• Skills: Organization, management ability, leadership, results orientation, and a strong focus on customer service and active selling.

La MISIÓN del puesto es realizar la adecuada atención a los clientes, alcanzar los objetivos económicos y gestionar al equipo a tu cargo, garantizando el óptimo funcionamiento de la tienda.

Principales funciones

• Implantar sistemas de trabajo internos que garanticen el óptimo funcionamiento de la tienda y gestionarla asumiendo total implicación con el negocio.
• Vincular a los clientes mediante una atención y servicio que generen experiencias satisfactorias.
• Establecer mecanismos para controlar los ingresos y gastos del negocio y asegurar su consecución; comprobación de albaranes y facturas, realización de devoluciones, control diario de la caja, etc.
• Asegurar la correcta elaboración, terminación y manipulación de toda la gama de productos de bollería, panadería y pastelería.
• Seleccionar a las personas de su equipo, formarlas y fijar para las mismas los estándares de atención al cliente, imagen, detalle, etc.

• Posibilidad de trabajar en régimen de autónomo/a.
• Disponibilidad horaria e implicación para trabajar de forma presencial en el negocio.  
• Residir en Guipúzcoa. 
• Competencias: Organización, capacidad de gestión, liderazgo, orientación a resultados y alta orientación al cliente y a la venta activa.
