What are we looking for?
- Vocational training (FPI, FPII) or Technical Engineering in branches related to maintenance, electricity, electronics, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance positions in continuous process industrial plants.
- Valuable experience in management through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): SAP and in 5S tools.

Personal competencies:
- Result orientation, planning/organization capacity, orientation toward improvement, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.

The role

We have the need to hire a Maintenance Coordinator at our Industrial Plant in Alalpardo, Madrid.

The position reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager.

Your Mission will be to coordinate all actions derived from the management of plant maintenance, in order to ensure the conservation and good condition of production machinery, general services, and buildings, so that they achieve the planned yields and objectives.

What you'll do

What will your main functions be?
- Define and update the preventive maintenance plan together with the Department Manager.
- Propose to the Maintenance Manager the way to establish, prioritize, and organize the tasks of the Maintenance Technicians, taking into account the maintenance needs of facilities and machinery.
- Assist technicians with breakdowns and cover urgent unforeseen work orders that cannot be assumed by them.
- Apply the problem-solving methodology implemented in the organization (SCRA).
- Propose to the Plant Maintenance Manager the machine downtime needs to execute maintenance tasks.
- Create, modify, and maintain work instructions under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
- Coordinate, accompany, and control the work carried out by external companies.
- Carry out spare parts and service orders as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, perform the spare parts inventory and control warehouse management.
- Implement and ensure continuity of the 5S method in the maintenance department's workplaces and warehouses.
