What we're looking for

What We Expect:

"Can-Do" Attitude: Energetic, highly adaptable, and proactive in taking full ownership of technical challenges and system improvements.
Proven Problem-Solver: Analytical and diagnostic skills with a track record of troubleshooting issues independently and efficiently.
Operational Independence: Ability to manage end-to-end IT support, vendor relations, and infrastructure without needing constant supervision.

Technical Expertise

Experience managing user accounts, admin privileges.
Technical familiarity with macOS operating systems.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, device provisioning, and hardware lifecycle management.
Exposure to or strong interest in cloud administration, IT security standards, and AI tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Based in Madrid with full legal authorization to work in Spain.
Mid-level hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
Full-time availability: 40 hours per week.
Professional working fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Location: Madrid, Spain

Employment Type: Permanent, full time

Reports to: Chief Technology Officer

Note: This is full-time position with 40 hours per week, and requires at least 4 days per week to work from our office.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Operations Assistant based in Madrid to manage and support our global tech environment. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous problem-solver with a strong "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills and technical expertise to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations.
