Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Certification as a PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in PEGA Systems development and business process design.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to technically lead initiatives, analyze and resolve complex problems, and operate with autonomy in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with business and technology teams.
- High level of English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of distributed technologies (J2EE, JSP, Angular, Thymeleaf, or Stencil).
- Knowledge of SQL Server or DB2 databases.
- Experience in cloud environments and enterprise architectures.
- Experience in the insurance sector.

Mutua is immersed in an important process of transformation and evolution of its insurance core, and we are looking for a profile with technical vision, business orientation, and experience in PEGA.
The selected person will be responsible for the design, development, and evolution of solutions on PEGA Systems for the automation of business processes within the insurance field, contributing to the company's digital transformation and to an agile and efficient delivery of value.
What you'll do
- Design and develop solutions in PEGA (workflows, business rules, integrations, and data models).
- Create prototypes using PEGA Blueprint to validate solutions together with the business areas.
- Participate in the refinement, estimation, and technical definition of user stories, in collaboration with the Product Owner and the IT Lead.
- Guarantee the quality, performance, and scalability of developments.
- Resolve incidents and technical challenges of high complexity.
- Supervise the monitoring, optimization, and continuous evolution of the platform.
- Act as a technical reference within the development team and collaborate with the PEGA Systems teams in version management and the adoption of best practices.
