Your main responsibilities

We are currently looking to bring on a Pega Consultant with at least 2 years of experience to take part in projects of high technological complexity in an international environment.

• Analysis of the current state of business processes and operations. Contact with the client and development of functional documentation.
• Design and development of proposals for process improvement/optimization/automation.
• Development/configuration of technological solutions (mainly on BPM and RPA software) that support optimization.
• Design and execution of tests for the developments carried out.
• Implementation and/or deployment of solutions (both technological and functional) into production.
• Support during the operation or execution of the new functions and solutions implemented.
• Support in identifying and planning continuous improvement initiatives.
• Definition and validation of KPIs, metrics, and reports associated with process performance and operation.
• Proofs of concept and demos of process automation solutions.

• Graduates in Engineering or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in the described responsibilities

Tus funciones principales

En la actualidad necesitamos integrar un Consultor/a Pega, con al menos 2 años de experiencia para participar en proyectos de alta complejidad tecnológica y en un entorno internacional.

• Análisis de situación actual de los procesos y la operación del negocio. Contacto con el cliente y desarrollo de documentación funcional.
• Diseño y desarrollo de propuestas de mejora/optimización/automatización de los procesos.
• Desarrollo/configuración de soluciones tecnológicas (principalmente sobre software BPM y RPA) que apoyen a la optimización.
• Diseño y realización de pruebas de los desarrollos realizados.
• Implementación y/o puesta en producción de las soluciones (tanto tecnológicas como funcionales).
• Soporte durante la operación o ejecución de las nuevas funciones y soluciones implementadas.
• Apoyo en la identificación y planificación de iniciativas de mejora continua.
• Definición y validación de KPIs, métricas y reportes asociados al desempeño y operación de los procesos.
• Pruebas de concepto y demos de soluciones de automatización de proceso.
