As a CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative professional environment, where your work will have a real impact on both the projects and the evolution of the company.
Your mission will be to plan, control, and monitor the subcontracted companies of the civil area in construction projects, attending to the execution time and established specifications, and guaranteeing that each job is executed efficiently by coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information, while looking after safety and quality in the project.
What you'll do
-Ensure compliance with the deadline and quality of the project's civil area within contractual limits, detecting any deviations.
-Supervise and coordinate civil activities on site.
-Report project progress and detected deviations.
-Relationship and coordination of subcontractors.
-Carrying out lessons learned and knowledge management
