Job Offer: Site Manager - Industrial Projects

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of industrial projects nationwide. The selected person will act as the operational and technical field reference, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and coordination among all agents involved in the project.

• Plan and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with the schedule and established milestones.
• Supervise the technical execution of the works, guaranteeing compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, organizing tasks and priorities and ensuring the correct execution of the works.
• Control available resources: personnel, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Supervise site safety, ensuring compliance with OHS regulations and the proper use of PPE.
• Manage incidents and non-conformities, proposing solutions and ensuring their resolution.
• Update the actual project progress and report deviations.
• Prepare reports daily or weekly with detailed information on the status of the works.
• Supervise logistics and material control on site.
• Act as a technical interlocutor with the client, Project Management, and other stakeholders.

• Modality: On-site presence.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, adaptable according to project needs.
• Scope: National, with availability for travel.
