• Linguistic Skills: You are a fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.

• Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own Wi-Fi, and pick up new tools quickly.
• Legally Ready: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to work under a Spanish contract immediately.
• Roster Ready: Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and Weekends 09:00-17:30). Your availability is mandatory for crucial peaks on Monday mornings, Friday evenings, up to 3 evening shifts per week until 20:00, and 2 weekend rotations per month.

• Flexible Contract Options & Pay: Work full-time or enjoy more free time to explore Andalusia. We offer flexible contract sizes ranging from 32 to 39 hours per week, with a competitive base salary of up to €2,094 gross/month (plus an extra 15% performance bonus every single month to fuel your weekend travels).
• Paid On-Site Academy: 4 weeks of full-time, fully paid training (2 weeks classroom learning, 1 week on-the-job nesting, 1 week expert coaching) where you will bond with your new team.
• Work from Home Flexibility: Spend your first 3 months building your skills on-site with your team. After that, unlock a flexible hybrid model (2-3 days per week from home based on performance).
