The role

The Competitive Edge Intern will be based in Madrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the Competitive Edge team, reporting to the Competitive Edge Director.

What you'll do

The selected intern will support the Competitive Edge Europe team in productivity, value creation, digitalisation, replication of best practices and performance improvement initiatives across European regions and functions.

The role offers practical exposure to business analytics, project management, continuous improvement, digital transformation, benchmarking and international collaboration. Responsibilities include:

Supporting productivity and business excellence projects across functions and regions.
Analysing operational data and preparing dashboards, reports and performance insights using Power BI, Excel and Microsoft tools.
Assisting with project tracking, governance and best-practice replication through Zenshin and related systems.
Participating in benchmarking, process improvement and automation initiatives.
Collaborating with international stakeholders in project meetings, workshops and learning sessions.
Developing knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies, project management, business analytics and digital transformation.

This role offers hands-on exposure to European business improvement programs while building analytical, project management and operational excellence skills.
