The role

We are looking for a motivated professional for the role of Global Commercial Excellence Specialist, reporting directly to the Leader CoE CORE (Commercial Operational Resilience and Execution). The scope of this role is global, being part of the CORE team.
As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in standardizing and executing pricing strategies globally. This position will allow the candidate to work closely with senior stakeholders, influencing both strategic direction and operational execution, and driving value creation through pricing excellence.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll do
- Standardize global pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with commercial and business objectives.
- Act as a strategic business partner to regional and local commercial teams, supporting pricing decisions and initiatives.
- Develop tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor pricing effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Lead or support key pricing projects, including digitalization initiatives and implementation of pricing tools.
- Contribute to the review and standardization of contract management practices globally, including pricing models, escalation mechanisms, payment terms, renewal conditions, and other key contractual elements whenever it applies.
- Support contract governance activities and post-signature performance monitoring by developing contract databases, CRM integration, renewal alerts, approval matrices, and dashboards to track profitability, compliance, margin deviations, and renewal preparedness across regions.
- Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote pricing and contract management best practices across the organization, creating a business excellence forum.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of pricing policies, methodologies, and best practices across countries.
- Participate in pricing optimization initiatives aimed at improving profitability and commercial performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align pricing strategies with business priorities.
- Share pricing insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
