The role

What you'll do

The selected intern will support the Integration Team, helping the team improve the quality, reliability and operational efficiency of the integration platform.

Responsibilities include:

Learn and develop skills in Integration Platform, MuleSoft and API-led integration, supported by the Integration Team, gaining practical knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
Participate in API quality reviews, helping identify areas for improvement such as error handling, logging levels (DEBUG, INFO, ERROR), exception management and observability.
Support the monitoring and analysis of our integration platform, reviewing application logs, errors and exceptions to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, working with the team to propose and track technical improvements across existing integrations.
Support the documentation and standardization of Integration Team procedures, including incident management, production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting and other operational processes.
