The role
The Innovation Intern will be based in Madrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the European Innovation team, reporting to the Innovation Director.
What you'll do
The selected intern will support the Europe Innovation Team in identifying, evaluating, and advancing innovation opportunities across different line of businesses including electronics, industrial gases, healthcare, engineering, and others.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the evaluation of new technologies, startups, research partners, and innovation ecosystems.
- Conducting market, technology, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports and management updates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, scientific, and digital experts.
- Helping organize innovation events and networking activities.
- Supporting innovation projects and strategic initiatives across Europe.
