The role
Looking for your first professional experience in a global company? Join a dynamic and collaborative team where you will support global training operations, contribute to the administration of learning processes, and gain valuable experience in training coordination, data management, and digital learning systems.
What you'll do
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning activities, user records, and training content
- Manage training databases, enrollment information, and course completion certificates for technical and safety training programs
- Monitor training and certification validity, ensuring records remain up to date and supporting timely course registrations and renewals
- Prepare training reports and maintain training records to support global and regional stakeholders
- Manage e-learning course assignments and registrations, including user creation and support for LMS-related queries
- Support testing and quality assurance activities for e-learning courses to ensure a smooth user experience
- Provide administrative support to global and regional training teams, including purchase order processing, documentation, and training-related communications
