The role
As part of our growth, we are hiring a Regional Planner Trainee (m/f/d). The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
What you'll do
- Supporting the Planning team in maintaining and updating project schedules in Primavera P6
- Collaborating in the weekly planning update cycle to help ensure the consistency and quality of project data
- Assisting with the monitoring and follow-up of contractual milestones and key project deliverables across the project portfolio
- Supporting the collection, validation, and consolidation of planning information from different project teams
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning processes, reporting tools (Power BI), KPI tracking, and planning information management
