What we're looking for
- Experience - Good knowledge of supply chain solution and Contract logistics business model
- Minimum 3 years operational experience, preferably Warehousing or Production environment
- Experience in working in an international business environment - Experience working within large‑scale transformation or transition programs
- Experience with IT systems applied to Contract Logistics
- Experience with operational performance tools, workforce analytics or dock/yard solutions
- Specialist Knowledge & Skills - Good skills in Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good understanding of 6 sigma/Lean tools
- Ability to translate operational needs into structured governance and delivery frameworks - Knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher
- Governance of complex, multi‑country system or digital programs

The role
The purpose of this role is to support the successful execution of the transition of NEXTGEN program for Contract Logistics by leading the implementation, adoption and change management of OPTYMEE in all regions as primary system, as a core digital capability for operational performance management, while providing secondary governance and rollout support for Dock & Appointment Systems (DAS) for Europe and NORTAM regions.
The role ensures scalable deployment, business value realization and sustainable adoption of system solutions across regions by governing implementations and engaging user communities. Aligning OPTYMEE initiatives with Contract Logistics programs and the One Data / Cloud Data Platform (CDP) to anchor the program in CEVA Logistics culture and to enable consistent, data‑driven decision‑making.
What you'll do
1. OPTYMEE Implementation Governance & Scale‑Up (Primary Scope) - Govern and steer the global rollout of OPTYMEE across Contract Logistics sites, ensuring sponsorship, structured planning, project management routines, controlled deployment, readiness and operational stability during and after go‑live.
2. Adoption & Change Management - Drive user adoption of OPTYMEE by leading change management activities, including communication, training alignment, onboarding of new sites and reinforcement of standard usage practices. Support change and adoption activities related to DAS where applicable.
3. Global Super‑User & Ambassador Community - Build and animate global and regional super‑user and ambassador networks for OPTYMEE and DAS, supporting knowledge sharing, best practices, structured feedback and local change enablement.
4. Business Value Tracking & Benefits Realization - Support regions and sites in defining, capturing and validating operational and efficiency benefits enabled by OPTYMEE and DAS, ensuring transparent tracking and alignment with Contract Logistics performance objectives.
5. OPTYMEE & DAS Governance, Risk & Compliance - Ensure OPTYMEE and DAS deployments comply with governance frameworks covering data usage, ethics, privacy and security requirements, coordinating with compliance, data governance and IT stakeholders.
6. Cross‑System & Program Integration - Anchor OPTYMEE and DAS within the wider Contract Logistics ecosystem as defined in CEVA Strategy, ensuring alignment with related initiatives such as Solution Design benchmarking, Zero Defect Start‑Up, Business Process Excellence, Kaizen and data & analytics programs
7. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting - Provide structured communication and reporting to regional leadership, global stakeholders and program forums on rollout status, adoption levels, risks and value realization for OPTYMEE and DAS.
