Accounting Clerk - Alcúdia Area

• 💰 Salary: €25,000 - €27,000 gross per year, depending on experience and performance.

• Training related to Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar.

• Previous experience in administrative and/or accounting positions.

• Knowledge of invoicing, payments and administrative management.

• An organized, methodical and proactive person.

• Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.

• Experience with management programs and office tools is valued.

- Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar.

- At least two years of experience in a similar position.

• Management and administrative control of merchandise invoicing.

• Administration and control of cash registers.

• Internal invoice control, with support from the Controller, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

• Verification of customer non-payments and management of incidents.

• Administrative control of general expenses and fixed assets.

• Review of invoices to detect unauthorized charges.

• Control of accounting payments.

• Support to other departments to optimize teamwork during vacation periods.

- Immediate availability.

- Residing in Alcúdia and/or surrounding areas.
