The role

From Nortempo Selection we are looking for a Real Estate Commercial Advisor to join a real estate agency located in Parla, specializing in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. The company is committed to close customer service, quality service, and the professional development of its team, offering a dynamic environment with real growth opportunities.

What you'll do

Acquiring new clients through cold calls and commercial prospecting.
Advising clients throughout the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
Managing and following up on the client portfolio.
Negotiating and closing transactions.
Providing in-person service at the Parla office.
Meet commercial targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in the real estate sector or real estate agencies.

Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.

Ability to work towards goals and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibility, initiative, and commitment.

Residence in Parla or surrounding areas.

No specific education required.
