The role

At Nortempo Selección, we are looking to hire an After-Sales Service Department Manager for a company specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, industrial refrigeration, and HVAC.

What you'll do

We are looking for a person with experience in the management and coordination of technical services, capable of organizing the daily activity of the department, prioritizing incidents, and guaranteeing correct customer service.

Reception and management of breakdown reports.
Organization and planning of the daily schedule for After-Sales technicians.
Assignment of incidents according to priority, location, and technical specialty.
Monitoring of ongoing work and control of its correct execution.
Coordination of corrective interventions and preventive maintenance.
Telephone assistance and customer support.
Management of technical documentation and work reports.
Coordination with suppliers for the management of spare parts and materials.
Monitoring of resolution deadlines and closing of incidents.
Support to the technical manager in service planning.

Requirements

The selected person will act as a link between customers, field technicians, and the technical department, ensuring efficient management of breakdowns, maintenance, and scheduled interventions.

Functions:

Previous experience in the management or coordination of After-Sales departments, maintenance, or after-sales service.
Experience in the planning of field technical teams.
Technical knowledge of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or technical installations.
Organizational skills and customer orientation.
Proficient use of computer tools and management software.
