The role

At onhunters, we are looking for a Real Estate Advisor (Barajas Area) to join a company in the real estate sector experiencing rapid growth.

The selected candidate will play a key role in managing business centers, customer service, and commercial activities for properties, with a special focus on new developments and prime rentals.

What you'll do

Daily management of business centers, including customer reception and commercial service.
Management and resolution of issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Conducting commercial property viewings, especially for new developments and prime rentals.
Prospecting and client retention, identifying new business opportunities.
Presenting properties and providing personalized commercial advisory services.
Supporting negotiation and closing processes.
Coordination with the internal team to ensure quality service.
Reporting on commercial activity and tracking objectives.

How you'll work

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Work one Saturday per month from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. (The following Friday is worked from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
