- Experience with CRM and digital tools will be valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Temporary contract for sick leave replacement, with an initial expected duration until September 29th and the possibility of extension.

- Start date: as soon as possible.

- Job location: Terrassa: Av. Jaume I, 16 bajos, 08226.

- Working hours from Monday to Friday, with one Saturday every two weeks:

- Week with Saturday: Monday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

- Week without Saturday: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

- Salary: €9.64 gross/hour

We are looking for a Real Estate Salesperson specialized in New Construction to join an important company in the real estate sector, located in Terrassa, to cover a sick leave replacement, with an initial expected duration until September 29th, with the possibility of extension depending on how the situation evolves.

What you'll do

- Managing demand from clients coming from real estate portals, online and offline channels.

- Attending to and advising clients on the features and advantages of the new developments.

- Coordinating and carrying out property viewings.

- Presenting the properties and identifying the client's needs.

- Managing offers and participating in the negotiation of terms and prices.

- Advising on the documentation required for the transaction and legal requirements, such as anti-money laundering regulations.

- Coordinating contracts, documentation, and procedures with the back office team until the signing.

- Accompanying the client throughout the home buying process and at the notary signing.

What are we looking for?
