The role

At NORTEMPO Group, we are recruiting for one of our clients, an industrial company located in Porriño, an:

The selected candidate will join the warehouse administration team on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic environment with intense logistics activity and high merchandise turnover.

What you'll do

Controlling the entry and exit of delivery notes.
Managing the documentation required for truck shipments.
Assisting carriers: reception, guidance, and access control.
General administrative tasks related to the daily warehouse operations.
Possible support in invoicing depending on department needs.

How you'll work

Location: O Porriño
Start date: as soon as possible.
Substitution contract with the possibility of permanent placement.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Salary according to collective agreement

Requirements

Previous experience in administrative tasks related to warehousing or logistics.
Proficiency in handling documentation and delivery note control.
Good command of office software tools.
Residence near the workplace or availability of transportation for commuting.
