The role

At Grupo Nortempo, a company specialized in integral human resources management with more than 30 years of experience, we are looking to hire Floor Waiters/Waitresses with their own vehicle to join an important 5-star resort located in the Quinta/San Pedro de Alcántara (Marbella) area.

We are looking for people with experience in high-end hotels, detail-oriented, with high cleaning standards and accustomed to working in demanding and dynamic environments.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct cleaning, order, and conditioning of assigned rooms and areas, ensuring an excellent customer experience in accordance with the quality standards of a luxury resort.

Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and common areas.
Changing bed linens and replenishing amenities.
Control of cleaning materials and products.
Compliance with the quality standards and protocols of the establishment.
Organization and maintenance of the service trolley.
Reporting incidents to the corresponding department.
