The role

From Nortempo, we are selecting a Chef / Cook with proven experience to join a well-established gastronomic project in the Aranda de Duero area.

This is a position aimed at culinary professionals with strong judgment, a sensitivity for the product, and experience, where traditional cuisine coexists with more contemporary approaches.

What you'll do

Execution and supervision of culinary preparations with a high quality standard
Service organization and kitchen time management
Participation in the continuous improvement of the culinary offering
Cost, waste, and raw material control
Management of order, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
Coordinated work with the front-of-house team to deliver a complete dining experience
Front-of-house support when needed

How you'll work

🕒 Schedule:

· Weekdays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
· Weekends: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
· High season: closed on Mondays
· Low season: flexible days off and time compensation
· Occasional dinner services (3-4 per year)

📄 Contract type: Direct and stable hire

💵 Salary:

· Actual salary range based on experience and profile: between €23,700 and €40,000 gross per year

Requirements

Solid experience in professional kitchen (restaurant)

Organizational skills and autonomy in the kitchen

Meticulous, orderly, and detail-oriented profile

Residence in the area or availability of own vehicle (essential)
