Finance Director

-Academic Training: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Master's in Finance, Financial Management, or MBA. Pre  -Professional experience in the position:  minimum 10 years of experience. Valued in the hotel, tourism sector, or in business groups with complex corporate structures.

 From Magic Hotel Group, we need to incorporate a Finance Director  into our team. 

Responsible for the planning, direction, and control of all financial, accounting, and treasury activities, ensuring efficient resource management and appropriate strategic decision-making to support the group's expansion and its business alliances.

Functions: 

-Strategic and corporate management: define and  implement the group's financial strategy in alignment with the objectives of the Board and Vice Presidency. Prepare annual financial and budgetary plans. Actively participate in corporate operations, new investments, acquisitions, and bank financing. Ensure compliance with the principles of sustainability and efficiency in the group's economic-financial management.

-Operational and control management: supervise and coordinate the treasury, accounting, payments, collections, and cash teams. Control compliance with tax, accounting, and commercial obligations. Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of accounting closures and consolidated financial statements. Preparation of periodic financial reports for the Board and General Management. Collaborate with the Management Control area in the definition of indicators, reporting, and profitability analysis, ensuring the consistency of financial information. Drive digitalization and innovation in financial processes in line with the group's culture of continuous improvement.

-Institutional and government relations: maintain relationships with financial entities, external auditors, legal advisors, and public bodies.
