Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (FP) in Welding and Boilermaking, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.
In case you do not have experience or training, commitment, attitude towards the full training you will receive, and motivation are required.
Residency near Sidamon, Lleida.

Nice to have

Experience in blacksmithing/welding is preferred.
An Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course in metal is valued.
Forklift and overhead crane licenses are valued.

The role

At Nortempo Recruitment, we are looking for 2 Blacksmith (M/F/X) profiles for a client dedicated to the modification and adaptation of industrial machinery whose warehouse/workshop is located in Sidamon, Lleida.

If you have experience working with iron or hold relevant qualifications and are looking to focus and learn a profession from scratch, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Repairs/adaptations/modifications of chassis or other metallic components of industrial machinery.
Perform welding work.
Cutting, bending, and assembly of metallic parts.
Interpretation of work orders and measurement of parts.
Operate workshop machinery in accordance with safety regulations.

How you'll work

Schedule

Currently: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:30 h and from 15:00 to 17:30 h.

It is planned that, approximately at the end of the year/beginning of the next, the schedule will change to: 8:00 to 13:30 h and from 14:30 to 17:00
