At Nortempo Selección we continue to collaborate with an important industrial project located in Seville, within a business line specializing in the design, manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of modular solutions and technical structures intended to support projects in sectors such as industry, energy, maintenance, events, and infrastructure.

This is a highly technical and versatile activity, in which modular systems and metal structures are developed that are manufactured and assembled to adapt to the specific needs of each project. These solutions allow for responses to both temporary installations and more complex or long-term assemblies, always under high standards of safety, precision, and quality.

In this context, we are looking to incorporate Assemblers with experience, people who enjoy fieldwork, the assembly of structures, and seeing the tangible result of each project.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Assembly and disassembly of modular structures and technical systems on site.

• Basic interpretation of plans and assembly instructions.

• Assembly, adjustment, and fastening of metal components.

• Preparation, verification, and organization of materials.

• Checking of leveling, stability, and correct installation of structures.

• Use of manual tools and assembly equipment.

• Coordinated work with the team in different phases of the project.

• Strict compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.

Incorporation into a stable project within a growing company.

Initial training and support during incorporation.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

Metal industry

Previous experience as an assembler in construction, metal structures, or industrial assembly.

Experience in scaffolding, metal carpentry, or modular structures is highly valued.

Profile accustomed to manual work and construction or industrial environments.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to different projects.

Commitment, responsibility, and quality-oriented work.

Training in occupational risk prevention is valued.

Desde Nortempo Selección continuamos colaborando con un importante proyecto industrial ubicado en Sevilla, dentro de una línea de negocio especializada en el diseño, fabricación, montaje y mantenimiento de soluciones modulares y estructuras técnicas destinadas a dar soporte a proyectos en sectores como la industria, energía, mantenimiento, eventos e infraestructuras.

Se trata de una actividad altamente técnica y versátil, en la que se desarrollan sistemas modulares y estructuras metálicas que se fabrican y ensamblan para adaptarse a las necesidades específicas de cada proyecto. Estas soluciones permiten dar respuesta tanto a instalaciones temporales como a montajes más complejos o de larga duración, siempre bajo altos estándares de seguridad, precisión y calidad.

En este contexto, buscamos incorporar Montadores con experiencia, personas que disfruten del trabajo en campo, del montaje de estructuras y de ver el resultado tangible de cada proyecto.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Montaje y desmontaje de estructuras modulares y sistemas técnicos en obra.

• Interpretación básica de planos e instrucciones de montaje.

• Ensamblaje, ajuste y fijación de componentes metálicos.

• Preparación, verificación y organización de materiales.

• Comprobación de nivelación, estabilidad y correcta instalación de las estructuras.

• Uso de herramientas manuales y equipos de montaje.

• Trabajo coordinado con el equipo en diferentes fases del proyecto.

• Cumplimiento estricto de las normas de seguridad y PRL.

Contrato indefinido desde el inicio.

Incorporación a un proyecto estable dentro de una compañía en crecimiento.

Formación inicial y acompañamiento durante la incorporación.

Horario: Lunes a jueves: 08:00 h – 17:00 h Viernes: 08:00 h – 15:00 h.

Industria del Metal

Experiencia previa como montador/a en construcción, estructuras metálicas o montaje industrial.

Muy valorable experiencia en andamios, carpintería metálica o estructuras modulares.

Perfil acostumbrado al trabajo manual y a entornos de obra o industria.

Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptación a distintos proyectos.

Compromiso, responsabilidad y orientación a la calidad del trabajo.

Formación en PRL valorable.
