At Grupo Nortempo, we are looking for a Maintenance Worker to join a company specializing in the management of premium tourist apartments in Seville. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and resourceful person to perform general maintenance tasks across a portfolio of apartments located mainly in the Centro, Triana, and Felipe II areas.
This is a position highly oriented towards resolving day-to-day incidents, where organizational capacity, autonomy, and attitude are more important than having extensive previous experience.
Most of the tasks are related to small repairs and low-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance actions, so profiles with less experience who are "handy" and have a desire to learn and develop will also fit.
Carrying out small general maintenance repairs.
Replacement of light bulbs and basic electrical components.
Simple plumbing repairs.
Adjustment, lubrication, and maintenance of locks and hardware.
Small painting jobs and touch-ups.
Assembly and repair of furniture.
Review of incidents in tourist apartments.
Coordination with external providers for higher-complexity incidents.
-Work one weekend every two weeks from 10:00 to 15:00 h.
