Maintenance Technician for Tourist Apartments | Seville

We are looking for a person with experience in general maintenance and knowledge of electricity who wants to be part of the smooth operation of several tourist apartments in the city of Seville, contributing to ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and safe stay.

Your mission: You will be a key piece in guaranteeing that the apartment facilities are kept in perfect condition, offering a comfortable and safe experience to guests.

Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of service, helping to resolve incidents quickly and keeping the spaces always operational.

• You will resolve maintenance incidents to ensure the correct functioning of the apartments.
• You will perform electrical tasks, small repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• You will detect opportunities for improvement to keep the facilities in optimal condition.

· Experience in general maintenance: It will allow you to identify and resolve incidents with agility, providing autonomy from the start.

· Knowledge of electricity: This will be fundamental to intervening effectively in small breakdowns and guaranteeing the safety of the facilities.

· Organizational and problem-solving skills: This will help you manage different incidents during the day while maintaining a quality service.

· Immediate start: You will be able to start soon and be part of a project with real needs and continuity.

· Remuneration of €11.19 gross per hour worked.

· Possibility of medium-term stability: After the first 3 months, there is an option to join the permanent staff.

· Full-time 40-hour work week
· Guaranteed breaks: You will work from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.

· 2 weekends per month.

Tu misión: Serás una pieza clave para garantizar que las instalaciones de los apartamentos se mantengan en perfectas condiciones, ofreciendo una experiencia cómoda y segura a los huéspedes.

Tu trabajo tendrá un impacto directo en la calidad del servicio, ayudando a resolver incidencias con rapidez y manteniendo los espacios siempre operativos.

• Resolverás incidencias de mantenimiento para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los apartamentos.
• Realizarás tareas de electricidad, pequeñas reparaciones y mantenimiento preventivo.
• Detectarás oportunidades de mejora para mantener las instalaciones en óptimas condiciones.

· Experiencia en mantenimiento general: Te permitirá identificar y resolver incidencias con agilidad, aportando autonomía desde el inicio.

· Conocimientos de electricidad: Serán fundamentales para intervenir de forma eficaz en pequeñas averías y garantizar la seguridad de las instalaciones.

· Capacidad de organización y resolución de problemas: Te ayudará a gestionar distintas incidencias durante la jornada manteniendo un servicio de calidad.

· Incorporación inmediata: Podrás empezar pronto y formar parte de un proyecto con necesidades reales y continuidad.

· Retribución de 11,19 € brutos por hora trabajada.

· Posibilidad de estabilidad a medio plazo: Tras los primeros 3 meses, existe opción de incorporación a plantilla.

· Jornada completa de 40 horas semanales
· Descansos garantizados: Trabajarás de lunes a domingo con 2 días de descanso semanales.

· 2 fines de semana al mes.
