Do you know HVAC or refrigeration materials and do you like having the warehouse under control, but also being close to the worksites and the technical team?
At Nortempo Selección, we are looking to hire a Technical Warehouse and Delivery Manager for a company specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, heating, and plumbing installations, located in Barcelona.
This is a company dedicated to the development, installation, and maintenance of technical solutions, working on different projects and worksites mainly in Barcelona city and nearby towns. Their activity is especially linked to HVAC systems, air conditioning, refrigeration, and technical installations.
We are looking for a person who knows how a warehouse operates, but above all, who understands the materials that technicians use on-site and can become the connection point between the warehouse, purchasing, and the various installation teams.
You will have autonomy to organize the warehouse and ensure that the worksite teams have the material they need at all times.
Reception, inspection, and placement of technical materials and components.
Preparation of orders according to the needs of the different worksites.
Loading the van and delivering material to worksites in Barcelona and the surrounding areas.
Delivery and collection of materials when necessary.
Control of delivery notes, entries, exits, and returns.
Stock monitoring and control.
Detection of material replenishment needs.
Coordination with the purchasing area.
Organization and maintenance of the warehouse.
Control of the correct storage of materials.
Daily coordination with site managers, installers, and technical teams.
Resolution of minor incidents related to orders, deliveries, or lack of material.
We are not just looking for someone who knows how to place merchandise in a warehouse.
We are interested in someone who, when a technician asks for a material for an installation, knows what they are talking about, can locate it, prepare the order, and ensure it arrives correctly.
🙋♂️ This could be your place if...
You know the HVAC or refrigeration sector, you know how a warehouse works, and you are one of those people who likes to have a clear idea of what material we have, what each worksite needs, and when it has to arrive.
We are looking for someone organized, resourceful, and eager to take on a position where their work will be fundamental so that technical teams can correctly develop each project.
If you know the materials, handle yourself well between the warehouse and the worksite, and are looking for a new project within the sector, we want to meet you. 😊
