We are looking for a WAREHOUSE MANAGER for an important company in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sector, specialized in the manufacturing of food supplements and industrial processes associated with oral solid formats, located in Barberà del Vallès.

What you'll do

Managing logistics documentation (delivery notes, certificates, orders, transport records, etc.) ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements included in the ERP and paper archive.
Managing the distribution of tasks to the warehouse team
Order control and goods receipt to inform/manage warehouse staff.
Ensuring compliance with transport and storage requirements in line with food safety standards.
Reporting logistics incidents related to safety, legality, or product authenticity, collaborating on the management of corrective actions.
Printing of raw material and finished product labels.
Planning finished product shipments based on instructions and in coordination with production.
Handling phone calls with customers and suppliers regarding logistics matters (deliveries and receipts).
Review of actual stocks in the warehouse and regularizing them in the ERP if necessary.
Ensure, through correct documentary and operational management in the logistics area, compliance with the food safety, legality, authenticity, and quality requirements established in the FSSC 22000 v6 and GMPs certification standards, guaranteeing traceability and regulatory compliance in all operations.
Be diligent in compliance with HACCP – CCP and OPRPs.
Provide support to the warehouse workers.

Requirements

Experience with counterbalance and reach trucks.
Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar position in the industrial sector.
Own vehicle.
