The role
At our juice factory in Mollerussa, we want to hire a Laboratory Assistant to collaborate in the quality control of the product during the manufacturing of juices and creamed products, as well as in the supervision of tankers and the dispatch of the product to the customer.
What you'll do
- Perform physico-chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses.
- Control product quality during the different phases of the process.
- Verify tankers and manage the dispatch of the finished product.
- Comply with food safety protocols and current regulations.
