About the role

To work on store implementations within the OBRAMAT concept, integrating the product and commercial policy of the Central Buying Office. To provide sales teams with the necessary elements to enhance the offer for the customer, as well as support and training, ensuring clarity of the offer, making shelves powerful, dense, commercial, and innovative, contributing to increased sales per rack, and supporting warehouses in adapting standard implementations to local conditions.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

What you'll do

- Study customer and product behavior to understand pre-purchase needs and their selection criteria (product families, purchasing habits...)

- Incorporate knowledge of the competition and the market (understand national and international competition, analyze competitors' communication elements and propose improvements to customer communication, understand ranges and implementation models from other countries and competitors...)

- Present the product range, having previously analyzed its implementation, understand shelf characteristics, analyze implementation strengths and weaknesses, and sales history...).

- Express and clarify the product offer considering our customers' needs, collaborating with the pre-collection team in defining the criteria and logic for family implementation. Cross-check footage, shelf capacity, packaging development improvements, define furniture and signage elements, etc.

- Develop and evolve Section Merchandising, supporting reopening processes, re-implementations, and laboratory tests. Ensure the homogeneity and coherence of the section concept. Control the economic efficiency ratios of implementations.
