WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

You will report to the Store Manager and be part of the Management Committee.

You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and the performance of your department by motivating your team, while meeting commitments related to customers, pricing, stock, and purchasing efficiency.

What you'll do

Selecting, developing, motivating, and leading the people in your team, in line with the company's values.

Ensuring the health and safety conditions of your team, setting an example in the application of legal regulations.

Adapting, planning, and implementing commercial actions in accordance with the commercial policy and store guidelines, while applying category management logic for the product families in your department.

Driving sales, welcoming and serving customers through your team, and monitoring the competition.

Managing the supply of your department and ensuring proper stock rotation.
